how can I find out if my motherboard is RoHs compliant or not?

I want to do a reflow.

I'm pretty sure all 360's fall under the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive and therefore don't have lead based solder which is why the connections become brittle after repeated heat/cool cycles.

Is that what you were getting at?

I've done a reflow under the RoHS stadards.

I would like to buy a GPU/CPU stencils, any tips on those?

all the 360s are lead-free solder. hence why they get RROD all the time. being lead-free was a HUGE debate/discussion back in the day. many people saying they should have used lead-based solder in order to stop RROD, but they couldnt due to a few cry babies about how it was bad and evil and all that other jazz.
