I bought a mod controller shell for my sons 360 and i cant figure out how to get the l and r trigger buttons off. Ive looked everywhere online and cant find anything. I have a black controller and the shell is blue. I guess it wouldnt look terrible with black buttons but he will prolly have a fit if it doesnt match...

Here's a complete guide to disassembling the xbox 360 controller. The trigger removal process is step 16.
