So, Bricked my Wii today. Installed an IOS WAD then decided to uninstall it. Don't know what came over me. Anyway. Afterwards my Wii decided to not want to work. The only problem is is that I'm not sure what kind of brick I have. As I have Priiloader installed and I had it skip the Health Screen. I still get the Green Power Light and my DVD drive kicks in. I also had my BootMii installed as an IOS, sure that's gone now though. I still have my keys and NAND backup from this. What I'm curious about is a few things. 4.2U Firmware with HBC installed as well.
1. I can't boot into my Priiloader with either holding down Eject And/Or Reset, am I doing this wrong or did something just happen?
2. Is their a method for me to unbrick my Wii?
I've looked around but most I can't do at the moment. If need be I can go do the SaveMiiFrii or purchase a SaveMii. If those will help me in my case, I think I need a CD for those to work I would imagine any of my Wii Games patches would fix my problem but I'm not 100% Certain. My Wii is still under Warrenty so I could also go about that way, I've read you just have to tell them it was a Firmware Update error... I'd feel bad about lying about it but it's an option I am trying to keep open. Sorry for the inconvenience. Happy Holidays.

Did you install bootmii on your Wii when modding it? I assume so if you have a NAND backup. Did you install it as boot2 or IOS? If you put all the files onto your SD card which you used to mod your console with and also put your NAND into the root, it should boot into bootmii before the Wii main page and you should be able to reinstall your NAND from there, so I assume! ^o^ If I am mistaken then, somebody please tell me? lol Because if I am mistaken then I'm confused as to why I backeed up my NAND in the first place, besides the tut telling me to. lol
Anyway, let me know how you do! ^o^
Edit - Ahh crap, missed the part where you said you had bootmii as an IOS... >.< I guess that isn't an option then? Sorry... :-(

Yea a real kicker with it being IOS. Would I be able to use the SaveMiiFrii method with the Gamecube Controller you think?

Did you try holding both Eject/Reset at the same time?
What IOS did you uninstall?
What firmware where you on before it bricked?

Being on 4.2 firmware will be a little more tricky at recovering your system. I don't know for sure if it will even work.
But you will need to install a modchip. Use Savemii/Gamecube Controller trick and make a autoboot disc with WAD Manager on it. Then reinstall IOS70.
If you have 1 of the new drives that do not play disc backups then you may be out of luck. If you played game disc backup already then the above may work.

Did you try to hold both reset/eject down at the same time while turning on the system to load Preloader?
