I'm thinking of buying all the games that I'm going to play online and download all the offline games, so if I buy GoW2: GotY Edition, is there still a lot of people playing online?

i love that game im going to give it another run through soon.
but i have always had a problem playing it on live lots of lag.
and thats even if i get to join a game.
