hello. please help. i purchased a new white dsi with 1.3e on it. i also got a r4i card. it had no software on so i did what i have done before. downloaded the neccersary packs and installed them onto the 8gb micro sd chip. but it doesnt load up. get a pic of star wars, ten nothing. just loading sign then a white screen. i have tried formatting the hard drive as well. please help. dont know what to do now

Unfortunatley you probably need to upgrade the DSi to 1.4 to make it work

if you select the starwars icon you will see the games you have on the r4i....hope this helps

i have clicked the star wars logo but it all freezes so cant do anythin with it. i will try upgrading it but been told that it could make it worse.

Upgrading from 1.2 or 1.3 to 1.4 caused the issues as it blocked all flashcarts. Most flashcarts are now 1.4 enabled, some can now not play on a 1.2 or 1.3DSi. Upgrading to 1.4 will cause you no issues but may solve the not working. If not then if you buy another flashcart - avoid anything with R4 in the name

i would stick to a acekard 2i m8. too many r4i cards out there nowdays. acekard much better...

dstti work well on 1.4, if you have the ubisoft lethal alliance logo for the icon that starts the games then the cart is updated for 1.4 firmware just finding the right most upto date kernel for the micor sd card that works with that particular r4

If I buy an acekard2i will it already be setup to run on a v1.4 or do I still need the DS or DSI with v1.3 to configure it. as I dont have one!

If you buy an M3iZero then it has a cable to connect it to the PC to update it (never need a DSLite or 1.3 DSi to upgrade
