Anyone here actually have experience with these? I have watched Numerous tutorials and have seen Nylon or both Nylon and Metal used. Also, is Stars Thermal Paste just as good as the other? If you did use the kit, did you drill the holes bigger for the head of the bolts to fit in? I am planning on using rubbing alcohol for the cleaning, would denatured alcohol be better?

I've only ever used nylon washers and bought all my kits of Ebay for like £2. I'm by no means an expert and have only repaired 6 consoles, all with RROD, just by following the tutorial. Has worked for me so far and not had 1 back yet. I also always use Arctic Silver thermal paster and Turps for cleaning the chips (Gives it a mirror shine).
