Following in the footsteps of the iPhone 3GS Supreme, which cost an "Australian gold mining magnate" $3 million, comes the PlayStation 3 Supreme, a gold and diamond encrusted system that will cost you about £200,000.
Created by Stuart Hughes, the Supreme has 1600 grams of 22 carat gold and the disc loading entrance has 58 "superbly cut 0.5 carat diamonds" as well.

I hope it is at least a dev unit...for $200,000 I should not have to pay for games.
Just think how rediculously silly this unit will seem in a couple years when the PS4 comes out...

Shame, Shame, Shame. Doesn't anybody realize that whoever buys this expensive piece of hardware could buy a regular unit and donate the rest to a charity? I bet the gaming experience will be just the same.
