How can i play Xbox Arcade games?
I downloaded vigilante 8 on the microsoft site. I'm banned of XBOX LIVE.
Can somebody help me?

why would you pay for a game to play on a console that is banned?

Assuming you do not have an exploitable dashboard, you'll need to either get a new console, or play that game on a friends 360.

sorry. not trying to be a dick but that was the first thing that popped in my head.

like guesswho said... you'll either have to get a new console or download your gamertag to a different (friend's) console and play there.
