R4 card help?

Hi all,

My son had a ds lite with an M3 real card which works perfectly. I am getting a new ds lite today (sales prices very cheap) and a local store sells the new R4 card.

Is this card ok for the newer games? as ive heard lots of people have problems with them?

Not sure on the whole incompatability issue however when I first got my card, it was unable to load GTA:China Town Wars, I found a modded ISO from newsbin that worked perfectly.

Recently I have ran games such as FIFA 10 with no problems

Anything with R4 in the title is best avoided - there are 40 of them and as you can guess there may be a good one somewhere but how do you tell whick one is which.

The M3 is one of the best carts so buying an R4 will be very poor in comparison.
