I was wondering, since MS has been banning XBOX 360s left and right recently, I should just pick up another Xbox 360 just for XBOX LIVE. Well, I was wondering if I can use the hard drive on my modded xbox, which isn't banned, (The last time i connected it to xbox live was the day before i got it modded.) on my new Clean XBOX 360. Will there be any traces of playing backups on my profile or anything like that? Is there a chance of me getting banned if i play with that gamertag on my clean xbox 360 which i'm using soley for playing LEGIT games on LIVE?

I'm doing exactly that at the moment although don't bother downloading any add on game content and then try using it on the modded unit as it will not work, what I mean is recently I downloaded the trials HD big pack all working fine on the unmodded console "which it was downloaded on" but when I tried swapping drives over to my modded unit trials ok but the big pack did not, just out of interest I also downloaded the DLC for Forza 3 and that too would not work either on my modded unit. But if you download Arcade games they do work i.e. Alien Breed downloaded on umodded unit and also works fine on the modded only appears to be the extra game add on dlc.
