Hello Everyone

I am new to this forum and would like to say hello and request some help.

I have recently bought Eurovox 5100 and tried to scan it for channels and although all channels appear in the list but all are blank.

As I am total newbie to this, I would appreciate if someone can direct me to the steps I need to take to make the eurovox work.

I am on windows xp and I have got the RS232 cable with the box.

I would appreciate your help.
