Hi, i have a 3.4u wii serial starts LEH260.I have followed the guide and had no problems doing the Downgrade IOS15, patch ios36 and the Restore IOS15, they all worked perfectly with no errors,When i load cio38_rev14 it all works perfectly until the end when it shows up Installing custom ios-install error -1035. I have retried like it says in the guide to redo the downgrade and restore,even using the nus download over the wifi.I also noticed there was a newer version cio38_rev 15.tried that with the files on the sd card,which is a 2gb sandisk extreme III and that give a error= -1 when i tried it again with the wifi and it returned the error 1035 again. and on the next step the hermes cIOS 222 just freezes when you press a,any ideas please my son bugging me to get it done lol.thanks
It's FW is3.4u and the serial is a LEH260 model, tried it about 6 times now to the letter and keeps coming up with the same error return -1035, thanks for the reply
Yes definately.I did use a different guide off somewhere that was a bit different to yours at first and it loaded the homebrew channel and other stuff but wouldn't play any backups,does that make a difference?
Hi,thanks for the help,managed to get it done, I used pimp my wii to repair any bad bits, it also updated my version from 3.4u to 4.1e, then i had to use any title deleter cos cios installer was throwing a tizzy over a newer version of an ios,but once i got that sorted it went superb from the tutorial. thanks again.
