preferably a 500gb or more to be used to play will games.

I looked at compatibility list but was confusing and hard to find one one that page for a good deal online.

I use a Maxtor OneTouch 4 500GB. As for availability or price you will need to do a search. I got mine from my brother.

i use a portable western digital elements 400GB
microcenter 69.99 when i bought it about 6-8 months ago

Seagate GO portable drives also worked for me.

vantec nexstar CX 2.5" enclosure and western digital scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig 2.5" drive.

the scorpio blue 500gig and 640gig should work, but the 640 must have a jumper to be detected in the enclosure.

I personally use a 1TB Western Digital HDD. It works perfect!
