Wiikey V2 wont play pal games anymore?

So i updated to new v4.2 on my wii and updated to the new v1.3 for the wiikey2. but now my pal games wont work!!! NTSC games work fine. i ran the config disc and all the options are good (i think) but still the system wont recognize it as a wii disc any ideas? was thinking of doing a HDD loader but didn't want to get into softmodding.
any one else haveing this problem or have an idea of why i'm having mine?

4.2 disables region free on modchips. use Geko OS 1.9 to load your Import games.

Install HBC then load Gecko OS.

HEEE is a guide on what to do.

so i tried gecko via the link and its in black and white. is there any fix for this?

Look in the setings for force NTSC.

What about Wii Iso utilities v1.1? changeing the iso from pal to NTSC. are these programs ok
