I think those of us with spoofed drives that are also modded as able to escape MS ban hammer. I say that because the spoof firmware goes on top of the hacked firmware. So however MS scans for firmware they just see out Spoof firmware and move on. I say this because I have play MW2, AC2, L4D2, and Bayonetta all before the relesae date while connected to Live and still have not been ban. Any spoofers banned yet?

I'm running a post august 2009 liteon 93450C system that has the drive (replaced) and spoofed to a benny (running non-stealth 1.1). Been on live a few times and not banned yet (fingers crossed). Dunno how MS ban but not band yet been running this system since 21/12/09.

Yeah, I too know a few people with spoofed drives who got banned during the last wave. >.< Benq drives spoofed as Lite-ons.

There was also a couple of people here that posted that they replaced a Hitachi with a BenQ, ran STOCK firmware, and they got banned last November.

bottom line is: if your drive has been flashed in any configuration your are at risk of being banned and eventually will be!
if you not banned at this time consider yourself LUCKY!!!!!!!
