Can someone pls help me out on this. I downloaded Dante's Inferno demo, after extraction, I got a folder named "00080000" with a 1Gb file inside it. I'm not on Xbox Live. How can I install the demo to my 360? I don't have a JTAG-compliant machine, so can't connect my hard drive to my PC. Heard there was a way to burn on DVD. Can someone give me a detailed info on how to do this? Do i burn the folder named "00080000" to the root of the DVD or the content of the folder. Thanks

You can take apart the 360 HDD case and connect the HDD to your PC via SATA. Or just burn to disc-

1. Create a 'Content' folder
2. Open ImgBurn - Write files/folders to disc.
3. Build - "you have only selected one folder. does the 'Content' folder represent the root of the directory for the image content?" -No.
4. Confirm volume label. -Yes
5. Done, pop it in, shows up as Mixed Media disc, go over to 'game library' and it's there ready to play.

Dude thanks for the reply. But it's a bit confusing. I create a folder called "Content" and do I copy the folder I downloaded called "00080000" or the content of the folder named "00080000"? Then I burn the folder named "Content" to the root of the DVD?

Thanks for replying dude. I'm a bit confused though. Now you say I should create a folder called "Content", now for the Dante's Inferno demo I downloaded, after extraction, I got a folder named "00080000" which contains a single file size=1GB. Now do I transfer the folder "00080000" to the "Content" folder or do I transfer the 1GB file in "00080000" to the "Content" folder. Finally, I burn the "Content" folder to the root of my blank DVD right?

Yes you copy the 00080000 folder inside the Content Folder. Then burn the Content folder to the root of the disc. Just follow the instructions.

Dude I follow your exact instructions. When I put in disc, it shows up as Mixed Media Disc,however when I go to game library, I see nothing. I check under Demos and All games, nothing. :(

OK I decided to download the demo and see for myself. When extracted I get this-

Content->0000000000000000->454188D1->00080000->DCE6A1BF857624D47BFEAD11177FFABFB843C9DA45

1. Insert DVD-/+ R disc into drive.
2. Open up ImgBurn.
3. Click Write files/folders to disc.
4. Drag and drop Content folder to the white area to the left.
5. Click the Build button in the bottom left.
6. Choose No.
7. Choose Yes.
8. Let it burn.
9. Put into 360.
10. Go into Game Library tab.
11. Choose demo.
12. Play.

0000000000000000->454188D1

are just folders. So you can just make folders named those two and put it in the order I typed.

Just had a thought so go easy but would this method work for installing DLC. I have the newest dashboard so I'm shit out of luck with Jtagging for the foreseeable future.
