hi for the last few days i have notices some of the channels missing, so desided today to re scan the box, i restored factory settings, scanned, then i went again into the menu did 1570 turned my emu on and set the default key, and re scanned my box, now ive lost nearly all my channels, all main channels have gone,i had the movie channels before i did this, my children watched a film on it earlier,now they have gone, along with all the kids channels. i would be so very greatful if some one could help me, i been reading some of the related threads and have done every thing they recommend, i think i have just ballsed it up big time!! please some one help x

you did it wrong,factory reset first,remove any splitters,auto scan your provider,set default and key emu to on and exit out,let box update for a min on a sly channel.
by doing another factory reset you erase your channel list you just got so dont do it lol.

hi , thank you for replying to me, when i said i kept restoring factory settings its becos i was starting again, i know this would wipe whats on there, but thats just it nothing much was on there but free veiw channels. i did what you said and its still the same, i scan the box on the sky channels but after scanning it always goes on to ch oo10 with a mans voice saying 3 0 audio 1. it reads on the screen 326 channels saved, but theres not, many thanks for your help

this as happened in the past and i was able to re scan and get me channels back, plus, some times a few extra. now nothing, its all gone

are you near leeds as they have gone to nagra 3 encryption.
did you do menu1570 key emu to on also press the set default key and try another channel,any message on screen.?

hi i live in Gloucester, my friends boxes are all working, but they wont scan there boxes just encase same thing happens.
yes i did 1570 set emu on and default it, which ever ch i scan on it always ends up back on the 0010 channel with a man saying audio 0 3 , ive lost all chs except basic 1 2 3 4 5 and some free view ch.
this morning i had the movie channels, my children watched a film on it, but becos some of the other chs were missing (over a few days) i decided to re scan ?????????

maybe with all the bad weather there is a provider breakdown,you did scan the correct provider i think when you got all the channels listed,is is stuck on the radio side by any chance,that message you get is different.

hi, yea i scanned it on the right provider, when scanning i saw both tv and radio come up on the screen as always. i just tryed the radio and have all the stations

try going to another channel that you cannot see and then switch off box on remote then back off for a min ,then on and leave it for a min and see any message on screen.

sounds like box has not updated,if emu is off it wont update.

wow you star ! i did what you said and it said updating and ch came on, i know have all the channels working
a huge thank you !!! do you know what might of caused that to happen , loosing all my chs like that?

for some reason sometimes by switching off at back and on it works good stuff enjoy
