Kids got their mom to rent Cars Race-O-Rama today. I just got done softmodding my Wii yesterday. When I put the disc in, instead of showing the Cars game in the menu, it showed something along the lines of needing an update. So I decided to play the game using NeoGamma instead so i wouldn't have to perform the update.

Why is it wanting to update? Will it mess up my softmod?

I just bought a external HD and will start to copy the games to the HD. Will it still want to update?

i updated to 4.2 and starter over from there. im now playing from usb hd and it works good.
