No cheats R4 SDHC

Hi everybody!
I recently bought a R4 SDHC on the Internet and have no problems but the cheats. Indeed, i cannot use cheats cause the button does not show on the menu. I have another one R4 bought on another website and it works perfectly. The first one upgrade on www.r4sdhc.com while the second one, wich works, on www.r4ds.com. I tried everything but the "cheats" menu under games does not show up! Does anybody have an idea of whats going on?
