It's a pretty hypocritical policy as it's not truly unlimited. It seems to be capped at 250gb. I exceeded it a while ago and they sent me a letter about it with the threat of moving me up to that higher priced package.

I sent them an e-mail about it basically tearing their ridiculous letter to shreds. Unsurprisingly I never got a reply. It's "unlimited", but it has a cap, therefore it's not really unlimited. To me that's false advertising and shouldn't be allowed. Also, if they don't state what the actual limit is anywhere on their site (which at the time they didn't, I don't know about now) then how the feck are people supposed to know not to exceed a specific numeric limit? It seems they deliberately do these things to try and catch people out and now they offer a 30mb package that's the same price as the 20mb but they won't upgrade you as it applies to new customers only and not people on current contracts. Gangsters.
