keep getting disconnected from live when other xbox turns on

OK i have two 360s one is wireless one is wired in mine is wired. If one is on and connected to live and the other one is turned on and logs into live it kicks the other xbox offline and then the modem and router need to be turned off and back on again then both xboxs will works at same time. my ip is set to automatic and my dns is assinged numbers. not sure what I should do? any ideas or links to tutorials?

Are they both using the same live account? Do you have any port fowarding / NAT settings setup on your router?

no they're different accounts and i have no idea how to forward ports i've been reading up on it as of now i still dont quit get it but I cant find a really good tutorial for this. i think if i set my xbox ip address as not automatic on the xbox and assign it a modem ip number will that work?
