I loaded this with the lastest firware last month and was overjoyed that the epg program desciption was finally fixed.
I've been away last few weeks only to come back to find now that a lot of the basic digital channels which were working fine before are now scrambled.
Am on NT* in dublin.
Anyone know of there is anything new going on?

yep no more boxes working in Ireland they have moved all the channels to Nagra 3 which is not cracked or hacked what ever way ya want to say it in 3 yrs so a fix is not on the cards at the present or near future

Hi guys can someone please help.
I have a Eurovox EX7000 HD box and when I connect my 32GB external HD it only allows me 2gb of the disk space for recording?

have you checked what room is left? you may need to remove some items from it

yeah I've formatted the drive and made sure its empty and that its only a single partition. I've also tried formatting it using the format option from the BOX itself.

download swissknife if your using XP, this will format it. You dont need a partition on the drive this size

i'll try that which format do you format it in FAT32? as this supports large then 2gb or NTFS

hey mate,
I was thinking of buy the Starview HD combo but I am recently reading some of the N** boxes are going down and there isn't a fix available at present because they moving to Niagra 3 or something?? would u be able to comment is this correct?

if you are in a N** area or else where all boxes are dead in the water due to new encryption N3
Only way to go now is sat do a search on here you will find info on the SAT stuff

in ireland, n3 is fully implemented on cable, in the uk certain areas are on n3, so yes, its worth reading up before buying,

Hi Mickah, FTA sat was an experient only to see could i ditch upsee for good. didn't work out so switching to sky is what i am now considering...

ahh, was just wondering when I seen yer post on FTA sat.
Double check UPC mate, as they are doing some great deals on a all in one pack, TV / BBAND and phone, great speeds and the phone/band looks good, the whole package is a slight bit dearer than just for SKY alone, but ya get the lot including ESPN for free and also sky sports free for 2 months! hate the hoors myself, but worth looking at before signing the line with sky! just a thought

I heard there has been a hack for starview HD box for N3, does anybody have any news if its likely a hack will be available for Eurovox EX7000 HD?

put that box in the bin m8 there will be no further fixes for any of the old boxes you will have to get yourself a new one.
Eurovox dont even make cable boxes any longer they have moved on to sat boxes now
