newbie wii 4.2 how do I UNupdate

I'm very new at this wii thing,trying to figure out how to fix the wii so i can play sd games, or homebrew, is there anyway I can do this after the update of 4.2. Plz help.

Best way is to play the games from USB hard drive using CFG USB loader after doing the 4.2 softmod guide
