Trouble upgrading liteon - drive not showing in jungle flash

Ok so I have flashed all kinds of xbox drives, especially liteon, so I am familiar with the flashing process( Jungleflasher method that is).
So I am trying to upgrade my liteon from ixt1.6 to ixt1.61. A while back I successfully upgraded a sammy and benq to ixt1.61 but I am now having trouble with upgrading the liteon. Everything is setup correctly( portio32, VIA installed but drive is deleted...) but the liteon drive is not showing in jungle flash. I never see the drive in drive properties area, just says no drive detected. I have tried different sata ports but still no luck

Setup:
I am running windows 7 x86
Jungleflasher 1.67 & 1.69(when I open JF1.69 it says portio32 can not be installed)
ck3 pro
VIA VT6421 RAID Controller

Not sure if this will help, but I had problems upgrading my Liteon. The problem for me was that my anti virus software was deleting the portio32.sys file out of jungle flasher folder, it thought it was a trogen. So portio32 was installed but jungle flasher couldn't see the sys file and would not show my drive. Disabled anti virus and replaced file and everything worked. Probably not your problem but it may help some one else.

Yea I had that problem before but it isnt the case this time. thanks anyway
