Is there a file/way to put NES or Sega Genesis emulators to play on the PS3? I would like to play some old school roms :)

If you have an old Fat PS3, the only way to do so is via Linux or BD-J, if you have a slim, then the only way is via BD-J, which would mean you burning the emulator and roms to a blank Blu Ray disc.
