Downloaded Saboteur for the Xbox, release group Strange, and requires a password and has a link to a site to complete an offer to get it. Anyone know what the password is?

I've had a couple before and some people managed to get the password. Just a pain in the butt, and I have a slow connection so takes close to a week to download one game

No probs mate. I don't usually post but get a lot of help from this site so happy to help someone out for once LOL.

I also use newsgroups and i went onto my nzb search site and just looked in the comments for that particular post (The Saboteur) Often lately i've run into passworded releases. Pain in the backside but usually the comments will have someone post the password for future reference

havent got a game in a while but was wondering if people are uploading games that will be safe for LT (if it ever comes out)? I.E. Split vid and 7.29GB? yada yada yada...

just wondering if i am going to have to get a 360 drive and connect it to my PC to backup my games now to be safe.

Which nzb search site do you use? A comment section would be great. I currently use binsearch but some d!@kweed is imitating trusted posters with password crap and it's happening more these last few weeks.

Hi mate

The search site i use is Newzbin. It is a subscription site but its approx £8 (GBP)for 1 year which is peanuts. I used Binsearch for about a day then moved to Newzbin. It's the only one i've used in the 3 years i have been using newsgroups. It has never let me down for what i need from it. Whenever a 360 game or for that matter anything is posted to a newsgroup which is passworded, very quickly it will be commented on next to the relevant post by fellow users with the correct password. I've never had a problem
