My ts-h943 drive started acting weird a couple weeks ago, wouldn't close, then it wouldn't open which is where it is now the tray motor just keeps spinning. I bought a replacement drive but am unable to get the key off the old drive read all the tutorials I could find none worked. I need someone to remove the firmware chip from the dvd drive board and read it with a programmer (I think) is there anyone on this site who can help me out? or if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated... I will gladly pay for shipping to you and back and any other fee you may charge. the system was never modded just want to get it up and running again. PLEASE HELP!!!

Check your local Craigslist there alway people there offering mod services shouldn't run you more than $20 to $30
