So I have my backup of Twilight Princess, but 90% of the time when I go to a different zone, it says the disc cannot be read. So I eject and re-insert it, and it works fine.
However, even that stopped working when I got to a certain point in the game.
There is nothing wrong with the ISO itself, as far as I can tell. It worked fine for other people, and I rechecked it several times.
I burned it on a purple Imation DVD-R at X2 speed with a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-868 with the latest Imgburn.
It's an NTSC, and I have a 3.3U Wii that's been recently Mod-chipped. Backup Loader 0.3. This is my first time.
I have to run the game from Backup Loader. The game runs fine until I move from one zone to the other, or when there's a scene. It stays like 40 seconds trying to load before it tells me it can't.
So, is this problem likely to be with my DVD type? My writing method? My DVD-drive? My backup software? The mod chip?
And if I try to reburn the ISO again, is it likely to yield different results?
