i was reading a tons on this and finally i decided to get me

the seller told me the card wouldnt work with the adapter,i said im gonna try anyway so it worked,installed everything,erased the sys,and loaded up the usb probe i had with drivers and flashed my old lite on and it worked great,just giving heads up,that it does work,i have sony vaio with express lot for the people that want to know,happy flashing!

I could have sworn that I told you long ago that it could be done wit a laptop, andthe $20 card that I use.

so basically you're sayin that an xbox can be modded with a laptop? can it be any laptop that has windows vista on it? what's the requirements of the laptop? and anything else you can explain about this to a noob thinking about trying this out.
