HD not showing up after adding offline updates

I downloaded the recent offline updates and added them to the cache folder using xplorer360. The problem is, after I did that, I'm getting a "Please connect a memory unit then select Continue" message. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Nevermind, I found out what was going on. Anyone having similar problems can look here: http://www.xboxhacker.net/index.php?topic=12062.0

Apparently some motherboards leave a signature on drives (an HPA)that the Xbox detects and then refuses to recognize.
