so a friend of mine flashed his drive and something went bad ( no idea what) but he read his bin with 360 toolbox and while he was flashing his computer locked up ( i think) and now his drive wont respond to anything. i have it and im using a ck3 adapter and dont do nothing for me either. i have the bin he got off his drive but it only has a 15 char key not a 16. can any one help me try to read his bin maybe get a new drive working for him? pm me ur email ill email u all the bins we have from him. thanks for the help

To be honest, if its not read the firmware correctly then you are SOL sorry. What dashboard is he using, you maybe able to retrieve the key with the JTAG hack.
