hi i have just bought this box and i am a total novice user i have set it up on the tv but it says scrambled how do i get the codes and can i only record what i am watching or is it possible to record one thing and watch another like a sky plus type box any help grateful

You need to install firmware onto your box to unscramble (that is if you are in the correct location in the UK) and no you cannot record one and watch another (only single tuner) but it is possible to watch another programme if it is broadcast on the same TP, meanwhile go to this link and you will find all you need and how to - courtesy of HiTeck. >>>>>>>>>>>>>
