article published on 15 January, 2010

i really hope Nintendo doesn't release a DS2 anytime soon. I think they should still work on the current DSi and DSi LX. Expand those products a bit more, put more support to them. I hate when companies come out with new stuff every year, because you always seem behind with the times.

Its pretty contradicting, however, because i have always supported companies who always come out with new innovations and technology. But in this case, i bet Nintendo wouldn't add much to the DS2. So far, simply on the DS platform, there has been the Original DS (old grey one), DS Lite, DSi, DSiLX, and i feel that the DSi and DSiLX were products to get some quick money.

I'm ready for a new Nintendo handheld, wish they'd lose the touchscreen idea though... Hopefully their new one will be supported by decent games at least.

If it has no buttons I'm definitely not going to buy it. I hate touch controls, especially controls with no feedback at all like the iPod Touch.
