Mates digivox went aff!!! Put the software in etc and its registering 100%. And when i do an auto scan it updates to 100% but no channels or radio stations appear??Comes up no channel found??? Done the factery reset and things but no joy??? Noticed cant get into parental control or channel edit either??? It will not even exit to tv??? Any help please mates.... Ps: i am in scotland

as there a number of models,need to know what box,what firmware,is the coaxial in cable input and have you selected correct provider?

Silver Digivox? No idea what number? Firmware was v4300! Yes cable is coax And yes input was set for telepest! I put that firmware in about a year ago no problems?? Mate just handed in last week saying no channels??? Like i said it autoscans to 100% but nuthing shows??? Cheers!!!

usually a factory reset and autoscan fixes it,did you try scanning a different provider.firmware should be v4300 recheck.

Cheers mate!!! Tried all that stil no joy?? I reckon its the cable input thats goosed?? As it updates same when i pull it out?? So its not getting a signal from cable server?? So i reckon its not a quick fix??? Any ideas mate?? Looks like meh mate will be looking for a cheap 2nd hand starview!!!

did it scan in channels,yes then menu-system info1004,set default key and emu to on and exit out.
check where you have coaxial cable plugged into as wrong port=no signal
it goes into cable input.
try again i think.
also go into system info and press ok and check v4300 is on it.
