USB Loader problems

Ok, so just a few minutes ago my fiance was playing her Food Network: Cook or Be Cooked, and she's about 3/4 of the way through, and on the 3rd to last level that she's on about 2 minutes in the sound cuts off.

Not all the sound just the music, and it "stutters" and "whines" switching back and forth between the stuttering, whining, and not playing any music at all.

She completes the level, and when it comes for her "grade" the game freezes up completely and she cannot progress any further. Is this a problem with my hard drive, the game, or USB loader?? Any help is really appreciated.

Update: Just tried playing one of the levels that used to work perfectly, and the sound does the same thing. Monsters vs Aliens when she progresses through the part where she is at now it brings up a Loading screen and sits there saying "Loading..." and never loads, WiiMote is on still. Price Is Right doesn't even load at all after you Press Start at the main menu when it would play perfectly as well. Did my hard drive go bad over the course of an hour...I've only had the thing less than a week.

If you still have your game images saved somewhere else I would reformat the drive and put them back on, because it sounds to me like either the hard drive is crapping out or the filesystem is messed up.

If the drive is going then there's not much you can do. Sucks but at least it's new, should still be under warranty.

Yeah, it's brand new. I ordered it last week, I'll extract the ISO's and try the reformat.

Same thing is happening after reformat, and reload. Could it just be that I have a couple of bad games?
