ok well thats a question thats gonna give you a whole host of answers from.... search youtube....google it.....search the forums blah blah blah :)

What you can do is:

* you could start off with a little more detail like how old the unit is.
* can you get the secondary code by holding the sync button on the console in and pressing the eject button 4 times and noting how many reds you get on each press.
* Has the unit been opened before?
* is it your own 360 or have you just bought a ringer off fleabay?

Then you get into options:

1/ Send it to M$
2/ Buy an Opening kit and X-clamp fix pack with some AS5 and have a go yourself.
3/ Send it off to a trusted source to fix it for you
4/ Find a good hearted sole on here to get it re-flowed for you
5/ Get your hands on a heat gun and do a poor mans re-flow yourself :)
6/ Take it in to the garden / yard and put it out of its misery for good

try the heatgun method... its pretty much the best option for a cheap DIY. and it has a high rate of success if you be know what you're doing. I heat gunned 4 in the past 3 or 4 days all are 100% working. Maybe I had good luck. The best option for learning the heatgun method is going to youtube and watching/downloading videos.
