It's N3 and no boxes are working. There is no fix in existence.

hi mate only boxes im aware of that still work fully and are still working in ireland are on mmds(thats cable channels but they come to you via an mmds aeriel rather than through a cable)you need a box capable of recieving a terrestrial signal. a starview t, etc(t being terrestrial)i know mmds can vary from chorus to ntl as they were different companies(once) but now are one and the same (upc). you need a box t(thats suits your area, but you dont say where)there is a difference in boxes.you seem to know about n3 looking at your post(meaning any box you buy wont last much longer, and you will also need an mmds aeriel fitted)you may consider a free to air satellite dish and reciever as, a fix could be a long way off (i hope not) or may never come.click on the link in my signature area to see all firmware for box ts. i wish you luck .

Chorus continues to clear for the moment. It is the last system not on N3. However new cards are in the post to customers from Chorus so the end is upon us. There is no point in investing any money in cable or MMDS systems from this point forward. N3, like Sky NDS, is an uncracked system. Considering N3 is not new it is fairly safe to assume that if it has not been cracked yet it is unlikely to be in the future

And when I mention Chorus clearing I mean Chorus MMDS. Chorus cable is already gone to N3
