So, guessing once drive is in vendor mode, Jungle Flasher will get everything it needs (Key etc) from the drive as it is, I then patch that info onto the stock FW and write the stock to drive?
Then do the upgrade from 'stock' to LT?
correct, follow same procedure you used to flash DVD drive originaly but substitute stock firmware instead, repeat useing LT firmware
Awesome, cheers mate. For whatever reason, I was thinking the files JF dumps when you 1st flash the drive would be required if needing to go back to stock :S
i originally had 2 360s. both 7485 lite-ons 1 had ix6 and the other was stock. the first 1 got banned in the ban wave in 11/09 and the other i shortly flashed after that. i was careless with the 1st 360 cuz i assumed that the FIRMWARE itself was stealthed and that if i played the games online i woldnt be detected cuz of ix6. i had some older games that i had copied(i THINK its the 0800 method where u hooked ur 360 to your PC to rip the games, if so i didnt know ANYTHING about stealthing games) with my new ones i stealthed. BUT I HAVENT PLAYED ANY COPIED GAMES WHATSOEVER on xbl on this 2nd console to this day. i REALLY want to. if i can only play wave 1,2, or 3, that's FINE. Sorry about the life story, but had to give a mental picture about my situation. i DO have ix LT on standby. is there a way to tell if your flagged? just a couple queations i need answered....
1. How to know if a game is 100% stealthed (assuming in abgx if all messages that comeback are green but those are really on wave 3 or older)
2. I'm using the SAME 360 HDD i've had on my previous 360 that got banned during the wave. is it cool to keep using? or could i POSSIBLY be flagged from that....
BONUS QUESTION: Do you guys think that say if in 2 yrs you've CONSISTENTLY only played 2 or 3 games online and all of a sudden in like 3 days you have 12 different games your playing online. do you guys think that microsoft keeps tabs on what we play online sort of like when flagging people on xbl they do a background check of your xbl gaming history to determine fishy behavior???? i dont know... just sumthin for ever1 to think about...
