I know..come hate on Microsoft the way you guys always do. Blah..Blah blah..

I'm just happy someones suing TIVO..because I know they aren't perfect. TIVO spends their time suing the hell out of so many different companies it's ridiculous. It's about time somebody sues them back. I really hope Microsoft wins this one.

Actually it's boring.. sue sue sue.. all because they have scared off anybody who might actually come up with anything new...

wonderful.. the prediction of patents and copyrights stifling innovation and creativity bites far earlier than the 5 to 10 years the "experts" were predicting...

Now tendo should sue the backside off $ony for the motion sensing controller they are planning... cos tendo made it first yeah?.. at least on a console..

boring boring boring... lets go back to bashing rocks together.. hold on.. let me file a patent and copyright the ip on "tools made from stone" first......

Microsoft suing for patent infringement? If that isn't the pot calling the kettle black, I don't know what is.

If your fish seems sick, put it back in the water.

Microsoft has explained that it will end the suit with a licensing agreement in place, but that TiVo has not been responsive.

I guess we will have to watch this space and wait and see what happens.
At least Microsoft is compromising on this one.

Probably all based upon patents on XBL and then applying them to TiVO
