XML File format is error?

So when I try importing my xml codelist that I got from the Action Replay Code Manager, it says the xml file format is error.
I'm trying to put the Pokemon Modifier code for Pokemon Platinum on my r4. I did it before and it worked, but then I deleted it and forgot how I got it to work. When I put normal cheats that already come with Action Replay Code Manager from codejunkies and I try to import the file, it works, but not when I put the pokemon modifier code. Could anyone help me?
