yes cross spoofing does not work at all with LT any more because it's different hardware and it's not coded in any more. You can however still spoof the same drive for the same drive (though i dont know if you can spoof a 74xxx liteon for a 93xxx one for example)
hey wOOly,,my question is do you think these ever will be a solderless dump of the liteon,,remember when the benqs came out,,the only way to get the firmware is to solder to,,would be nice because im not good in soldering,,fingers are to big,,
I kinda doubt it coorva unless they figure out some new "magic keys" exploit to unlock it but they probably would have found that already if it were there. http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=698256 This method is pretty easy though...it's definitely not like doing a 20+ wire modchip for the old xbox :) They also make holders that act like third hands to make soldering easier
