Did you make sure you plugged the power back in?
Have you tried ejecting with both the button & the dash?
Did you by any chance erase the firmware off your drive?
no it still plays game just it keep happen one day it works and then I have to take it apart again for it to work. Yes I,ve both way but it will screw up once I put it in the Xbox
As the drive is trying to eject, tap it on top with your finger several times with a small to medium amount of force and it should open. Once it is opened, use a knife, toothpick, or whatever to clean around the edges of the drive where it might be sticking.

Knowledge from Leerage? -- Priceless
Take apart the 360 and take out the BenQ drive. Take out the 4 screws that hold the 2 plates on the BenQ. Flip it over and you should see this:
Push that bar in and the tray should pop out a bit. Pull the tray half way out and flip the drive back over. By the gears you should see a small rubber belt. Take it off. Warm up some hot water in the microwave and let it sit in there for a bit. Take the belt out and clean it off. Put the belt back on and re-assemble. That should resolve the issue with the tray sticking.
