Rockstar denies allegations of poor working conditions

Rockstar Games has responded to an open letter attributed to "wives of employees" that alleges Rockstar workers suffer poor working conditions at a certain studio. The letter alleged that Rockstar was pushing employees to the brink at its San Diego studio. There's a little more into it. Programming games isn't just playing with the keyboard.

Thank you. I work with computers 9 hours a day and can get frustrating at times. Put games out by a certain deadline takes a lot of man hours. If you do not got love for what you do, then your doing a job that is not for you.

From reading this i can tell that its about money more than conditions the old workers may not have got what they felt they deserved but truly if this is the case why did not Rockstar just pay these guys out and let them go on with their lives.
But i like the letter very diplomatic.
