I want to know if i burn a game (with .iso and .dvd) that is 100% stealth and that after, i make a copy disc-to-disc of the game i just burned, do the game still correctly stealth ? I mean... is it necessary to always burn with the .dvd and .iso or can we safely burn disc-to-disc backup ???

So let me get this straight.
1 - you download a game and burn the .dvd file to a disk that has already been through ABGX.
2 - you want to make a copy of that downloaded disk and your wondering if its safe?

If that is your question then yes the .iso is safe and has already been patched the first time you ran it through ABGX, so long as you dont modify the image. However, it wouldnt hurt running through ABGX once more to check for errors in the .iso when copying the image to your computer
