I have a wii with a hdd and im running the usb loder gx,and im running cios 222. Its been playing fine for more than a month and get up this morning and start going to a black screen after the usb loader starts up. its says

exception (dsi) occurred then lots of numbers
at the bottom also says stack dump
code dump

have to restart the wii after that

Upgrade to the latest USB loader GX r899, had the same problem like yours.

switch over to configurable usb loader. had the same thing happen when i used GX months ago. went back to usb loader 1.1s, then to configurable.

and make sure to update to cIOS38_rev17
