i am flashing my liteon drive
i am using the xbox 360 to power the drive dont have a connective kit
i am keep failing the drive intro.. how can i quickly turn off and on the drive while using the xbox... thanks

You need to unplug the power cable from the back of the drive and then plug it back in with 1 second.

Have you got the drive info yet?

during the procces of making a dummy.bin using the tutorial

i was getting a error when i am making the dummy.bin

errors are
dummy.bin is missing some drive specifics information
(i continue)
then.. Do you wish to repair the serial from drive barcodes (i press no)

as a result is still get a dummy.bin made
and the info that i get then is

Firmware - iXtream v1.51-12x
DVD key A86E7F0F6B78F653F43938DD0EFC3658 (it says its a good key)

and when i try to erase the liteon i am getting device intro fail..
many different status.. ur telling me to take out the power from back of the device.. i guess i am not getting the timing rite..
i will keep trying to get the timing rite but for the dummy.bin errors what do u suggest..

extra info-
i am using the latest version of jungleflasher.. (should i just this or the one u said in ur tut?)

I highly suggest you to get a connectivity kit. It makes things a lot easier and the last thing you want is a bad flash or a wrong key.

i have a silicon chipset pci.. could this be the problem
however it already did read my drive and also make the dummy.bin from it?
