Is NSMB in the disk drive? If so then take it out and it should work.

NSMB = New Super Mario Bros. The newest mario game.

If the console has a modchip and you're using the patched version of the game then you can get that error when starting up the system with the game inserted.

Sorry as soon as i sent that i realised what u meant. No the game is not in the drive i had just installed homebrew using bannerbomb on the system and it happened when i was finished however i had just installed it on another system using same sd card and same files and everything works ok on it. The system is a 3.4e if that matters.

So for clarification:

You successfully softmodded one wii system, and borrowed your friend's (3.4e) wii to softmod as well. You installed HBC with the bannerbomb exploit and now it gives the corrupt system files every time you turn it on?

Did you install Priiloader then patch an IOS60 or IOS70 after?

Having Priiloader installed first then patching IOS60 (for 4.1 and below firmware) or IOS70 (for 4.2 firmware) will give you the corrupt files error message.

All you need to do is boot into Priiloader and use Homebrew Channel to reinstall Priiloader again.

If you can't run Homebrew Channel in Priiloader then you may need to use bannerbomb to run the priiloader installer.

You need to hold reset down while turning on the system to get to the Priiloader menu.

Go into the Priiloader menu and load Homebrew Channel from that menu (don't go to system menu then try loading hombrew Channel). There should be an option to go to Homebrew Channel in the Priiloader menu. Do that and reinstall priiloader that way.

I noticed above you said the system is on 3.4 firmware.

Boot into priiloader again. Then go to settings and see if IOS60 is selected to boot the menu to.

If the system menu is on 3.4 and Priiloader is trying to load with IOS60 and IOS60 is not installed then this could be your issue (IOS60 is 4.0/4.1 firmware).

If it is set to IOS60 then change it to IOS50 (which is 3.4 firmware). Make sure you save settings after you change it to IOS50.

What does your firmware say now?

IOS60 is used for 4.0/4.1 firmware. Would be interested in knowing what the settings say the firmware is now.
