Is there a program or tutorial how to rip out the ss dmi pfi
for getting ssv2 etc from a game?

have you tried using xbc to rip your games?

if you're tring to rip those sectors from the game i don't understand why you don't use xbc to rip it in the first place.

Well for today & tommorows sake, what would be the BEST way to rip games so you can ensure the img has proper ssv2? I have never done a backup ever and youtube has OLD vids (mostly kreon ssv1)

Would be cool id there was a tut or guid to check out , especially now using 0800 drive.

it's pretty simple. get ixtreme 0800 here i'm not sure if you have a spare drive laying around to flash it with but i got a benq on ebay for about $40 shipped and everything. i use that drive specifically for ripping games.

once you have the drive flashed with 0800 you can rip the games through xbc and that's as easy as opening xbc and clicking START. just make sure that after you flash your drive that you put the viamraid.sys or vsmraid.sys file back into the Windows/system32/drivers folder. if those files aren't there then xbc won't be able to find your drive.

you can pm me if you have any other specific questions.
