hi my eurovox max v 2008 has been working fine untill yesterday i keep getting message no signal signal strength is only 8% ive tried my virgin box on the same cable and that is working fine any suggestions

are you getting any channels such as free to air channels, check the cable connections at the rear of the box are ok,if you are using a splitter try the eurovox without the splitter, if you are getting free to air try a factory setting and then a powerscan and switch emu back on.

no channels at all, cable connected fine. when i do a power search it searches but because off no signal doesnt pick any channels up

ive got the same proble. im in cleethorpes, n e lincs. tried updating firmware, with 8% signal fixes and not. firmware is Nov'08. if theres any newer please let us know. thanks
