help flashing my 360 in windows 7 64bit

I have followed all the tutorials I have found to flash the drive using windows 7 64 bit with no success. I have tried dseo, it didn't work all I get is can't install portio.sys file every time. I don't know what else to do or where to look I need HELP!!!

I have also tried using dosflash and gotten the same error

turn your PC off, turn it on, before windows starts loading press F8 and turn off driver signing enforcement and then try to open dosflash32 by right click and running as admin, that will allow the portio.sys to load. Then erase the drive and flash it again.

F8 brings up my boot sequence screen I have an asus p5q motherboard, I tried using the bcdedit command in cmd but it did not work either

No, not when your computer is at the first start screen, but before your computer loads windows. F8 is the windows boot options.

This menu also doesnt work for me when pressing F8, ive not needed it yet but idk why it doesnt work. :S

Had a look around, apparently if F8 doesnt work, try F5 or space bar... works for me.

got that far now when power on the drive my system freezes about every 15 secs or so whether I power before windows or in windows it does this, I'm ready to give up help!!!!!!!
